1. Bidding Registration and Confirmed email

*Customers who already have business as an exhibitor do not need to register. Please contact your sales representative.
Click the button above to go to the registration form.
After entering the required information and clicking the "Register" button, you will receive the email below.
2. Security Deposit
*Please refer to Terms and Conditions No.1
- Needs to be 10% or over of the planned purchase amount (minimum JPY500,000)
- There shall be no interest yielded for the Security Deposit.
- The Security Deposit shall guarantee the debt the Member may owe JEN Auction (Including NORI Auction) through participating in our Auctions.
- The remaining amount of the Security Deposit shall be returned to the Member after it is applied to the outstanding amount the Auction Member owes JEN (Including NORI & JCRA Super Auction), when the membership is canceled.
- If the outstanding debt balance of the withdrawing member is larger than the amount of the Security Deposit, the member is solely responsible for clearing up the debt within seven working days.
- JEN will be exempted from returning the Security Deposit, when no application for return has been made within three years from the date of Membership Cancellation.

4. Login
Enter your ID and Password on either "Items List" Page or "Item Details" Page.
After successful Login you can start bidding.
5. Bidding
Now you can bid from "Item List page" and "Item Detail page""
Click Button with "+" sign and "Increment Money Amount" to fix the Bid Price and then click "Bid" Button.
(At this point Bidding has not yet been completed.)
6. Confirmation Page
Confirm Your Bid Price on this page again and click "Confirm Bid" Button.
1. If you turn out to be the Highest Bidder.
When you want to bid on another item, go back to the Items List Page by clicking "Back to Previus Page".
2. If you are NOT the Highest Bidder.
Will be displayed When not the highest bidder Click "Back to Item Details and Bidding" and please bid again.
7. Bidding Confirmed email
*When we have accepted Your Bid, we will send you "Bid Accepted" e-mail.
*When you have got OUTBIDDEN, we will send you "You were OUTBIDDEN" e-mail.
8. Successful Bid and Confirmed email

JEN notifies Bidder, after the Auction close, of his/her Successful Bid by E-mail and sends the Invoice by Fax. At this point the sales contract is concluded.
9. Payment
*Please refer to Terms and Conditions No.5

The Successful Bidder shall complete the payment including the equipment price, Contract Fee, Carryout Charge, etc. within one week from the date that he/she received the notice of the successful bid by e-mail.

10. Carry-Out from the Delivery Yard

★We may be forced to decline the Carry-Out by the Successful Bidder, if he/she comes with a non-law-abiding vehicle, unsafe truck or trailer.
[Releasing from Consignor yard]

Overseas purchase
Inland trucking charge until closest port shall be borne by Buyer. These charge shall be included in Auction Invoice in amount of unit. -
Domestic purchase
- As principle, loading on truck shall be arranged by Consignor. If Buyer do not follow to instructions of Consignor, Buyer take whole responsibility for occurred accident troubles.
- The releasing arranged through direct contact with Consignor shall be not accepted.
- If the unit shall be not released within 2 weeks, JEN will transport unit to location decided by JEN. In this case, occurred all expenses and charge shall be borne by Buyer.

During releasing, loading works shall be borne by Buyer. Depending on yard, rules on releasing of immovable unit is different.

Concerning the units delivered in yard before purchase
After payment within one week, please pick up your unit within two weeks after auction close. -
Concerning the units not delivered in yard before purchase
After payment within one week, please pick up your unit within two weeks after receiving email "Notice about delivery the unit".

*JEN shall not take any responsibility for quality and security of unit, including theft or lose, if the unit was not released within releasing term.
